EXCHANGE OR RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY
Unsatisfied with Your Purchase?
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of purchase or receiving your package for an exchange or store credit. You must provide your Receipt/Order#. Please ensure the items are:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Have their original tags
- In "sellable condition"
If your item meets the above requirements, please contact us to begin your return or exchange. Customers will be responsible for purchasing and providing their own return shipping label.
Please note, gift cards and sale/clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Did We Make A Mistake?
Please contact us with information regarding your order and the error made so we can make it right.
If we made an error with your order, we will:
- Refund your original form of payment
- OR
- Provide a return label in order to get you the correct item or a replacement item
All other refunds will be processed via store credit.
Processing and Exchanges
- Refunds take 5-7 business days to process.
- Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value and in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags).
- If there's a price difference for the exchanged item, you will be charged or refunded the difference.
